Smoke Detector

The Turnip Smoke Detector uses photoelectric smoke-sensing technology, paired with a fixed heat limit, and a rate of rising limit. This means that the sensor will send an alarm signal to the security panel if it senses an excessive level of smoke, heat, or a rapid increase in temperature.
